Pulled Pork Hoagies with a Fried Egg on top
Ok, I know I’m posting back to back, but I couldn’t wait to post this!
Yesterday, I made pulled pork shoulder in my crock pot, then I split it up to utilize in a few meals. Tonight, I made my home-made barbecue sauce, (momma’s secret recipe) and added it to the meat to make a delicious meal. When I was cooking tonight, I thought something was missing. What makes everything better?
Oh yeah… a fried egg, of course.
